Electrical Pricing

Below is a flat rate pricing sheet from Griffin Electrical for your review…

Please keep in mind that every electrical job is unique and may cost more or less depending on job site conditions and materials selected.  Generally, the electrician arrives on the job site for the first time the day of or the day after cabinets and/or countertops have been removed.

During the first half hour or so, the electrician will go over the scope of the project and understand what it is you would like completed (i.e. under wall cabinet lighting, recessed ceiling cans) and disclose what may be need to bring the space up to current code. At this time it would be good to ask the electrician what things cost if you are concerned about budgeting.

It is the Kitchen Gallery’s goal to be as transparent  as possible on cost items that can not be accurately estimated prior to placing your cabinet and/or countertop order.

If you would like the Kitchen Gallery to manage the electrical part of your project you will be charged what the electrician’s invoice is plus 15%. Please refer to your formal estimate for more information. If you have questions… Please ask.
