Below are the edges you can get for quartz and granite countertops. The "Group A" options are available at no extra charge as of March 2016. Group B and C edges will likely have an up-charge.
One brief note about the "Bull Nose" edge... Residual water will tend to run off such edge and on to your cabinets... The half bull nose edge may be better in a kitchen environment.
